We make every effort to ensure that information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to amend product descriptions, prices, availability and website content at any time without prior notice.
Product images are provided for illustration purposes. Due to the handcrafted nature of our candles and botanical creations, slight variations in colour, finish, arrangement and appearance may occur.
3. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative, delay dispatch or provide a full refund.
4. Handcrafted Products
Handmade with Care
Every Riverwick Botanicals candle and wreath is individually handcrafted, making each piece unique. While we make every effort to ensure our products closely resemble the photographs shown, slight variations in colour, arrangement, foliage placement and natural texture may occur.
This is particularly true of our wreaths, which are assembled by hand and may vary slightly from the images displayed. We believe these small differences are part of the charm and individuality of handcrafted products.
Product photographs are intended as a guide, and your item may differ slightly from the example shown.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Where applicable, prices include VAT.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. However, any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
6. Delivery
We currently offer tracked delivery within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute grounds for compensation.

7. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where possible, please provide photographs of the item, packaging and any damage so that we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
We reserve the right to replace damaged or incorrect items before issuing a refund.
8. Returns & Cancellations
Under UK consumer regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Once returned goods have been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
9. Discount Codes & Promotions
From time to time, Riverwick Botanicals may offer promotional discounts.
Unless otherwise stated:
Discount codes cannot be combined.
Only one discount code may be used per order.
Promotions may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
Riverwick Botanicals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
